Bruncsoft Terms & Docs is a service by Bruncsoft focused on one thing: getting your website's legal documents done properly. We write, review, and — if you need it — deploy Terms of Service, Privacy Policies, and Cookie documentation. Everything we deliver is custom. No templates sold as your own, no generic filler.
We handle both the content (what the documents say) and the code (how they appear on your site — banners, preference dialogs, policy pages). Scope and price are always agreed individually before any work begins. You talk directly to the founder — no account managers, no lost context.

Everything delivered through this Service constitutes practical recommendations only — not legal advice. Bruncsoft is not a law firm and does not employ lawyers. 3. Scope and pricing
All engagements are fully individual. The scope of work, deliverables, timeline, and price are agreed in writing before any work begins. No work is performed, and no payment is due, until both parties have confirmed the terms of a specific engagement.
4. Delivery and ownership
Upon full payment for an engagement, the client receives full ownership of all documents and code produced specifically for them under that engagement. Bruncsoft retains no rights to reuse or redistribute client-specific deliverables.
5. Review of existing work
We are willing to review documents previously prepared by Bruncsoft or by any other party. A review engagement does not imply or create any warranty on the previously prepared documents.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Bruncsoft shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this Service or reliance on any document or recommendation provided.

- Contact form submissions — name, email address, subject, and message content. Used solely to respond to your inquiry.
We do not use analytics tools, advertising networks, or any third-party tracking services on this site. No data is sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
3. How we process your data
Contact form submissions are sent via email from noreply@bruncsoft.com to info@bruncsoft.com and stored in our internal system for the purpose of managing business correspondence. No external email marketing platforms are used.
4. Data retention
We retain contact form data for as long as reasonably necessary to manage the inquiry and any resulting engagement — typically no longer than two years unless an ongoing business relationship requires otherwise.
5. Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at info@bruncsoft.com. We will respond within 30 days.
Please note: requests relating to personal data (including requests for access, correction, or deletion) are themselves retained as records. This is necessary to document compliance and to have evidence that a request was received and acted upon.

3. No analytics or advertising
We do not use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or any equivalent service. No data about your visit is shared with third-party advertising or analytics platforms.
4. Managing cookies
You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings. Disabling session cookies may affect the contact form submission, but will not otherwise affect the site.
